O JUDAS PRIEST iniciou a turnê europeia “Shield of Pain” na última quinta-feira, 11 de junho. A apresentação em Turku, Finlândia, cumpriu a promessa de celebrar 35 anos do álbum “Painkiller” (1990). Oito das dez faixas do disco marcaram presença. Apenas “Leather Rebel” e “Metal Meltdown” ficaram de fora.

Também houve espaço para as estreias de “The Serpent and the King” e “Giants in the Sky”, ambas do trabalho mais recente dos britânicos, “Invincible Shield” (2024). Outra inesperada foi “Solar Angels”, de “Point of Entry” (1981), que não aparecia ao vivo há vinte anos. Eis o setlist completo.
